This week, I had a unique experience to spend some time with Chef Juan while he is visiting Memphis for the Memphis In May celebration of Columbia. On Thursday morning, I drove him to the WREG-TV studios where he was interviewed and gave a cooking demo. Chef Juan is one of the most highly regarded chefs in South America.
Chef Juan’s demonstration was of Arepas de Huevo Con Aji Criollo (corn arepa de huevo with creole hot sauce)
